I was seeking to renovate a VERY tired fireplace/insert with some sort of Faux Rock as a home owner project. Not knowing anything about what I was doing, I walked in, engaged a VERY helpful sales rep (Kristin Koslowsky) who walked me through the process, helped me pick a product, and in general was just SUPER HELPFUL. No waiting, product loaded into my truck and out in less time than it took me to pick a product from the sample wall...I did manage to pick a product that managed to be a little different than the display in terms of variation in depth of stones, and the outside corners were definitely targeted towards exterior "on lathe screen" application, but worked just fine on my interior fireplace after a little "adjustment". This was a test attempt on a house I plan on selling - I'll probably be a little more selective about which product I select when I replicate the experience in my current house..
