Mutual Materials Olympia (Tumwater) branch is open to our entire customer base including builders, contractors, architects, designers, landscape professionals, and residential homeowners. Our showrooms will be sanitized daily to ensure we keep our customers and employees as safe as possible. This retail branch has product displays of hardscape, masonry, and stone veneer.

I visited Mutual Materials today, 1/2/2024 and was very impressed with the staff. I believe a lady named Jennifer helped me and was very knowledgeable and very helpful. She helped me with all the information I wanted to know about doing Paver work next to my driveway. I had a very positive experience. Excellent store.

Delivered a load of Jacobs Stone from Texas to the Tumwater location, fast unload, they seem to have a fairly decent system in place

We were introduced by Brian Anderson, mason, who is going to rebuild our chimney to this exceptional brick and stone company. Jennifer was amazing, I had so many questions and she walked us through their display showroom and the process. Many of the brick materials were made on-site and we found this fascinating, selection was excellent.

This was my first visit to Mutual Materials. Both Christina and Melinda? (sorry I am unable to recall her name), the ladies in the front office, were very kind and helpful to me. Christina explained their process to me and showed me what types of flagstone are available.Melinda (?) came out of her office to assist me with paying my bill, when I returned from the quarry with my load, as Christina was assisting another client.I will definitely return to Mutual Materials for more product in order to complete the walkway I am constructing from my front porch to my driveway. Since I don't want to overload the trunk of my Honda Accord I just took 325 lbs on this visit. It will probably take 3 or 4 more trips to complete my project, but I don't mind....Mutual Materials isn't that far from where I usually shop on the west side anyway.
