Mutual Materials Seattle branch is open to our entire customer base including builders, contractors, architects, designers, landscape professionals, and residential homeowners. Our showrooms will be sanitized daily to ensure we keep our customers and employees as safe as possible.

I want to take this opportunity to give a shout out to Michelle Elrod whom exemplifies Excellence in Customer Service. I spoke with Michelle on a number of occasions - she is consistently great to work with. However, on a recent order, she went above and beyond hence this review. There was a snafu in the delivery of my pavers and Michelle took on the correction of this mistake fully and whole heartedly and made it right for me. She is clearly smart, professional, and accountable and I really appreciated her time and willingness to successfully resolve my issue. Kudos to Michelle - Mutual Materials is lucky to have her!

Trust me, the guys at the counter were helpful and awesome. However, when I met Joel in the yard on the forklift..., I was overwhelmed. Again yes, exemplary customer service! As a woman piecing together a small project, experiences purchasing and understanding supplies can be mixed. Not at Mutual. I traveled there three times. The first, I was met by super nice staff who gave me a free sample to ensure the slate would work in my yard. I then returned two additional times to stock up and, again, received pleasant and helpful support by the office and loading teams. And the prices were much less than I expected. Overall terrific experience, would highly recommend!

Great company as are their ppl. In Marysville or Tukwila.In Marysville Paul is on point and so helpful. We looked in Marysville and met with Paul but purchased in Tukwila b/c our Daughter's home is in So. Seattle to do the project. See Nick In Tukwilla. You'll never shop anywhere else for your retaining wall progects, Paul and Nick are outstanding examples of what great customer service is all about...trust me!
